Tomato Gravy And Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    4 to 5 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 biscuits (preferably homemade)
Preparation
    Fry bacon and remove from pan.
    Add flour to pan over medium heat and stir constantly until light brown.
    Add tomatoes and 1 can of water; stir well and add more water as needed while simmering.
    Serve hot over biscuits.
    Serves 2 heartily with leftovers.
