"Salsa"(Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
6 to 8 jalapeno peppers, sliced or chopped
2/3 c. vinegar
3 to 4 tsp. oregano
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 or 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation

Peel tomatoes first and cut up.
Then add garlic, onions, green peppers, vinegar, pinch of cayenne pepper and tomato paste. Bring all of this to a boil for about 15 minutes.
Then add jalapeno peppers and cook for 1 hour.
Then pack in jars and seal.
