Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    1 large can pineapple-grapefruit juice
    2 (12 oz.) cans orange juice (reconstituted)
    5 large bananas, crushed
    7 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Heat sugar and water until melted.
    Cool.
    (This equals 8 cups liquid.)
    Add pineapple-grapefruit juice, orange juice and bananas. Freeze in one-quart containers.
    (Makes 7 quarts.)
    At serving time, add equal parts ginger ale to crushed frozen punch.
    Great for parties and receptions.
    Absolutely yummy!
