Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg or 1 Tbsp. egg substitute
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, beat egg. Dip chicken. Roll in bread crumbs. Spray 9-inch nonstick skillet with Pam. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side. Top each cutlet with tomato sauce and cheese. Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
