Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually beat in sugar, then oil.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to first mixture alternately with zucchini. Stir in raisins, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour in 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
