Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, pared baking apples (about 4 medium apples)
    2/3 to 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. regular oats
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Arrange apples in pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients with fork. Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake until apples are tender and topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with cream or ice cream if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
