Aunt Hasseltine'S Cornmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and add all to crust.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven about 1 hour until almost set, but still slightly shaky in center. Remove from oven and cover with another pie tin until cool.
    You may add pecans or coconut to mix.
