Breaded Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. cream
1/4 c. vinegar
flour
cracker crumbs
fish

Preparation

Mix eggs, cream and vinegar.
Coat fish with flour; dip in this mixture, then cracker crumbs.
Deep fat fry.
