Chicken Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. pasta sauce
    1 c. cream
    1/2 c. Monterrey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thin slivers and salt to taste.
    Dip breasts in flour, eggs, and then crumbs.
    Fry in oil until meat is tender and golden brown from both sides.
    Place in baking dish.
    Mix pasta sauce
    and cream.
    Pour over chicken and top with cheese.
    Bake until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
