Weight Watchers Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1 envelope instant onion broth and seasoning mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
