Mango (Fruit) Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. diced, peeled, mango
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and make a well in center. Place rest of ingredients in well and mix together.
    Pour in greased pan and let set 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
