Irish Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white flour (Pillsbury's all-purpose)
    1 c. unprocessed bran (Quaker)
    1 level tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. margarine
    buttermilk (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a circular hole in the middle and add buttermilk while mixing it with the flour in a circular motion.
    Continue doing this until all is formed into a cake of dough.
    Remove from the bowl.
    Shake some flour on the counter and knead a little with hands.
    Then form into a circle or round ball and flatten out a little.
    Cut into four quarters and place on a floured pan.
    When oven has reached 400\u00b0, put bread in it and bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan and let cool.
    Then enjoy a delicious slice of Irish Bran Bread coated with butter!
