One-Pot Noodle Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion in larger skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain.
    Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in noodles gradually.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Spoon into serving dish and garnish with parsley.
