Hatteras Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices toast
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk and egg mixed together.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Make into patties. Fry until brown.
