12 Minute Fowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    Cavender's Greek seasoning
    pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat a cast- iron skillet until very hot (smoking).
    Add olive oil, then immediately add the chicken and onion.
    Season.
    Stir-fry until chicken is brown.
    Add water and cover for 1 minute (to steam the meat).
    Ready to eat.
