Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add melted oleo, egg yolks and milk. Stir until smooth.
Add lemon juice and grated rind.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
