Green Potatoes(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    3 stalks broccoli
    1 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Butter skins and make shallow slits around the middle as if you were cutting the potatoes in half lengthwise. Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
