Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Combine egg, onion, soup and mayonnaise.
Place layer of broccoli, cheese and sauce.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Drizzle butter on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 5 to 6.
