Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 can Ro-Tel or 1 to 1 1/2 c. other salsa
    1 medium onion, chopped
    tortilla chips
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat.
    Drain and crumble.
    Add onion, soup (not water), green chilies and Ro-Tel or salsa.
    Heat thoroughly and simmer.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of tortilla chips and cheese.
    Pour meat filling mixture over chips and cheese.
    Place another layer of chips; top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts on top.
    Serve with side dish of corn, beans, etc.
