Heavenly Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can chunk pineapple, drained
    1 large bag marshmallows, quartered
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook pineapple juice, flour, sugar and egg over low heat until thick.
    Stir and mix pineapple, marshmallows and pecans.
    Stir in cooled, cooked mixture.
    Whip cream; fold in mixture.
    Chill and serve.
