Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add to dressing; set aside.
    Combine vegetables.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Add this to vegetables, then add stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with canned onion rings or grated cheese on top.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
