Orange Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 c. mild olive oil
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Whisk the orange juice and vinegar in a small bowl until mixed.
Whisk in the mustard, then gradually whisk in the oil. Continue to whisk until slightly thickened.
Season to taste with pepper.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
