Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. minced garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bag taco chips
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare meat mixture. In large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add beef. Cook until brown, stirring often; drain off any fat. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix, then remove meat from heat and set aside. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Toss with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
