Grape-Nuts Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 c. molasses
    4 c. chopped apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped raisins
    1/2 c. mild vinegar
    3 c. warm water
    butter the size of walnut
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in kettle.
    Cook over low heat for 2 hours or until thick as any mincemeat.
    Pack at once in hot pint jars.
    If you wish to make a larger amount, you may increase amounts by 2 or 3.
