Roast Pork-Crispy Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pork loin roast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground sage
    2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except roast, and rub roast with the mixture.
    Cover roast and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
    Roast, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
