Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix well the first 7 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
