Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Troyer Farm corn curls
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spray a large roasting pan with Pam.
    Put corn curls in pan. Blend oleo, syrup and brown sugar in saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes and add baking soda and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour over corn curls. Mix. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
