Chicken Breast Piquant(Serves 3 To 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, halved
    3/4 c. Rose wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive or canola oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 garlic clove, sliced
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together except the chicken.
    Place chicken in a casserole and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
