Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
salt and pepper
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place potatoes in pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with onions.
Mix sour cream and chicken soup together.
Spread mixture over potatoes and then top with cheese.
Sprinkle the corn flakes over top and pour melted butter over entire mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
