Chopped Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken livers
    5 oz. chopped onions
    5 hard-cooked eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    seasonings: paprika, seasoning salt and black pepper
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cover livers with water.
    Add paprika and simmer until no pink shows in liver.
    Drain; cool slightly.
    Saute onions in butter to a light brown.
