Orange Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
orange sugar (1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. grated orange rind)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg, then add orange juice.
Add to dry ingredients.
Blend with fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Knead for 30 seconds.
Roll into rectangular shape 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle with orange sugar.
Roll up jelly roll fashion and slice into 1-inch lengths.
Put each slice, cut side down, on greased rind mold.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
