Chocolate Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces or peanut butter pieces
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Lightly butter a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in 2-quart glass measure.
Cook on High for 11 to 12 minutes or until a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball (234\u00b0 on microproof candy thermometer).
Stir in chocolate or peanut butter pieces and Marshmallow Creme until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
Delicious.
