Island Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
1 tsp. each: vanilla extract and lemon peel
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 4 x 8-inch loaf pan.
Combine both types of flour, brown sugar, baking powder and spices; mix well.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Beat with fork until blended.
Blend together.
Place mixture in prepared pan.
Bake 35 minutes until center is done.
Cool on wire rack.
