Orange Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 lb. orange slices, cut up fine
1/2 lb. dates, cut up fine
1 tsp. orange peel
2 c. chopped nuts
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
