Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar until foamy.
    Add oil, salt and flour, a little at a time.
    Dough should be a little sticky.
    Put in oiled bowl.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Knead.
    Make your rolls; let rise again for 1 hour.
