Cooked Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled carrots or frozen
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 c. herb flavored bread stuffing
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pour over carrots.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Put buttered bread crumbs on top (or stuffing).
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
