Lemon Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
    1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    4 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water, then stir in pineapple and chill until partially set.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Fold in carrots and cheese.
    Pour in 9-inch square pan and chill until set.
    Serves 8 to 10.
