Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 beaten eggs
    4 slices bread, in small pieces
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil.
    Mix potatoes, eggs and bread together. Pour milk on top.
    Add onions, salt and pepper.
    Mix all well.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
