Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped cooked ham, chicken or pork
    2 Tbsp. hot oil
    3 finely sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 qt. cold cooked rice
    1 finely chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Fry meat in hot oil.
    Add mushrooms, rice, green onion and soy sauce.
    Fry over low heat 10 minutes.
    Add 1 well beaten egg; cook and stir 5 minutes more.
    If color isn't dark enough, add a little more soy sauce.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
