Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 small box long grain wild rice
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped and drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. mayo
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender and cut into medium chunks.
Cook rice with seasoning as directed on box.
Mix together soup, pimento, beans, water chestnuts, mayo, salt and pepper.
Add chicken and rice; mix and pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
