Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 large or 3 small bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add flour and soda; add mashed bananas and nuts.
    Stir in vanilla. Grease and
    flour\tloaf pans, whatever size you like.
    Divide batter equally.
    Bake
    in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
