Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. Knox gelatine, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 large angel food cake, broken into pieces

Preparation

Add the water, pineapple juice, pineapple, sugar and salt to the dissolved gelatine.
Jell until partially set.
Beat the Dream Whip and fold into first mixture.
Break angel food cake in pieces; mix well with gelatine mixture.
It will take a large bowl to mix in.
Let set overnight.
Whip 1 package of Dream Whip for top.
Cover with coconut and maraschino cherries.
