Sweet And Sour Pork (Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. pork loin or 2 c. chicken breast (in strips)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1 onion, cut in wedges
    1 green or red pepper
    2 c. snow peas
Preparation
    Combine 3 tablespoons pineapple juice with water, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper flakes.
    Set aside.
