Microwave Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes (about 6 to 8 oz. each)
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes as directed by your microwave.
    Cut thin slice from the top of each potato. Scoop out inside leaving a thin shell. Add remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and paprika to potatoes.
    Mash until no lumps remain.
