Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 can consomme soup
1/2 can water
1 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Brown chops in pan that can be put in oven (with Crisco) on both sides.
Remove from pan and stir in onion and Minute rice until lightly browned.
Add soup.
Stir and place chops on top. Bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with tossed salad and French bread.
