Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Weight Watchers margarine
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Beat eggs, margarine, sweetener and vanilla together.
    Sift flour with soda, cloves and cinnamon.
    Add to first mixture.
    Fold in raisins, applesauce and nuts.
    Pour into a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Divide cake into 25 equal portions.
    Each portion equals:
    1 bread, 1 1/2 fat and 1 fruit exchange.
