Italian Meat Balls With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 raw eggs (can use 6 whites)
    heart of an onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. fresh chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. dry
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Make into meat balls.
    Broil under broiler until done.
