Jogging In A Jug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can frozen apple juice
    12 oz. can frozen white grape juice
    8 oz. white vinegar
    6 oz. honey
    6 (12 oz.) cans water
Preparation
    Mix in a gallon jug.
    Drain 2 ounces in morning and drink 2 ounces at night.
    Lowers cholesterol.
    Lowers blood pressure.
    Is the equivalent of jogging three miles every day.
