Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg (optional)
salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt or any seasonings to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
Preparation

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.
Make into patties or meatballs and fry.
Drain grease.
Add cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk.
Pour on hamburger; let simmer for 15 minutes, or until soup thickens and flavor has gone through the meat.
