Banana Oatmeal Bread(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. very ripe mashed bananas
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. golden raisins
    1 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas and milk.
    Add raisins, oatmeal and nuts.
    Spoon batter into an 8 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
